Week 4- Goal setting:
Setting goals is super important and empowering. Working towards something that excites and inspires you is one of the fundamental parts of happiness, fulfilment and success.
Now that we’ve worked on boosting our everyday happiness, increasing our self-esteem and connecting with our authentic selves, we can set amazing goals that really mean something to us.
Pursuing a goal because you think you should, or because it’s what’s expected of you is a sure fire way to feel stressed, pressured and bored all at the same time.
Finding something that really speaks to you is a great way to discover even more about yourself and learn and grow along the way.
These small and friendly workshops are for you if you’re looking for a boost in happiness, clarity, direction, self-esteem and fun.
I’ll be hosting an ongoing series of 60 minute workshops that cover things like:
- Having more fun and getting excited about your life.
- Boosting your self-esteem, learning how to love yourself and not care what others think.
- Skyrocketing your courage, confidence and self-belief.
- Being sure of who you are, what you want and what your next steps are.
The workshops are an interactive conversation between you and me. I’ll talk to you about the themes mentioned above, and you’ll have the opportunity to talk about how it relates to you and ask questions specific to your experience.
I’m here to offer support, guidance and insight as well as teach you the tools and practices needed for an empowered and happy mindset. Because what you think informs how you feel and how you feel influences your actions which in turn create your reality.
